2016 IsaBody Challenge Finalist
Before Isagenix and the IsaBody Challenge®, Bob frequented fast food restaurants, never exercised, and hardly had enough energy to make it through the work day. He would return home every night and sink into the couch, and that is where he would stay for the rest of the night. At the time, his youngest daughter was six years old and yearned to spend time with her father. She would crawl onto to the couch and lie with him to spend “daddy time.” This pattern continued until one day, from his couch, Bob experienced a wake-up call in the form of a public service announcement on TV.
The message was simple—spend more time with your children. As he looked down at his sleeping daughter on the couch, Bob had a moment of clarity. He suddenly realized how detrimental his lifestyle had been to himself and his family. The very next morning, Bob turned to his wife for help. She had been using Isagenix products for several months to fuel her body, and he wanted a chance to do the same.
From the minute he had his first IsaLean® Shake, Bob was hooked. When he started the IsaBody Challenge, he immediately set an attainable weight-loss goal and was able to reach it through discipline, exercise, and using the products. After Bob reached his goal, it was all about maintenance, which he admits was not easy. He was happy maintaining his weight until an article caught his eye that encouraged him to strive for a new goal—to build muscle. Now, with nine IsaBody Challenges under his belt, Bob is in the best shape of his life and has an abundance of energy.
Bob and his family lead a very active lifestyle now, spending time together hiking, biking, skiing, and riding dirt bikes. Most recently, Bob completed a biking and hiking trip across the Canadian Rockies with his wife and daughter, something his old lifestyle had prevented him from doing.
“I want to make sure that I continue to move my health and fitness level forward so I can always stay young with my daughters. I want to make sure that they have a healthy, happy dad who they can look up to."
